What is Amity Health LLC?

Amity Health LLC is a Third Party Administrator (TPA). This means we administer and manage health insurance on behalf of insurance companies and other self-insured groups.

What are the benefits of my Amity Health card?

As you know, healthcare is heavily commercialised in the GCC. Your Amity Health card ensures you receive basic and emergency healthcare without stressing about expenses.

How can I make a claim?

For outpatient claims, prior approval is not required. Kindly complete an Amity claim form and submit it, together with your original invoices.

Where can I use my health insurance card?

Please go to “Find a Provider” on www.amity.ae and use the available filters to find a comprehensive list of available facilities within your network.

Can I use my health insurance card in a non-network facility?

Unfortunately you cannot, but you can claim for expenses incurred here, subject to policy terms and conditions. (Please refer to your Table of Benefits for further details.)

How do I get my family insured?

To add family members, including newborn children, please contact your Human Resources department.

Is there a timeframe for submitting my reimbursement claim? If so, what is it?

For treatment received within the UAE, please submit your claim within 60 days from the date of treatment. For treatment received outside the UAE, please submit your claim within 90 days from the date of treatment.

What documents do I need to submit a reimbursement claim?

  1. A copy of your Amity Health card.
  2. Original invoices, itemised and dated.
  3. A completed Amity claim form, signed and stamped by the treating doctor.
  4. Medical report or discharge summary, signed and stamped by the treating doctor
  5. Original prescriptions.
  6. Lab or radiology test results where applicable.

Can I check the status of my reimbursement claim online?

Yes, you can track your reimbursement claims by logging onto www.amity.ae and following three easy steps:

  1. Click "Member Reimbursement".
  2. Choose "Member" and click "Find Claims".
  3. Enter your Amity Health card number and click "Find".
